I confirm that I am the legal owner or authorised guardian of the pet(s) photographed at this event.

I, hereby grant Suzanne Joy Photography and her agents and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to use or alter any photographic images of you, your pets or in which you and your pets may be included, taken by the photographer as part of your engagement at Dog Social, dog event on 8th February, 2026.  



By signing this release, you hereby give Suzanne Joy Photography your permission to license the images and to use the images in any Media for any purpose (except pornographic or defamatory) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, competition, image awards, marketing, packaging for any product or service or use, or on the photographers website and social media including but not limited to print, digital, commercial purposes, portfolio use, educational and business-related materials without further compensation.

I understand that:

1. The images may be edited, altered for combined with other media.
2. The rights granted are irrevocable, perpetual and worldwide.
3. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or its use.
4. All images remain copyright of Suzanne Joy Photography.
5. I understand that images taken at this event may include my pet alone or with me/and or other public attendees in a public setting.
6. I understand these images may be shared with affiliated/partner websites and social media accounts at Suzanne Joy Photography approval.   
7. I understand these images will be shared with Dog Social.  
8. I release and discharge Suzanne Joy Photography from any claims, demands or causes of action arising from the use of these images or recordings.
9. Copywrite metadata contained within any digital file may not be altered, or removed without the express consent of the Photographer.
10. If images are shared on social medial, they must be not be altered in any way, must not have logos or watermarks removed, and credited to Suzanne Joy Photography.
11. I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and have full authority to grant this release.
